Each student has a unique password for their learning apps. You can find it any time in the Parent Portal.
Finding Your Child's Password
Sign in at the Parent Portal.
Select your child's name from the dashboard.
Scroll down on their profile page. You will see a card labeled Login Credentials.
Click Show password to reveal it.
This is the password your child uses to sign in to TimeBack, and all learning apps that use Google login.
Not Seeing the Login Credentials Card?
If the card does not appear on your child's profile page, first confirm your child's start date. The Login Credentials card and Student Profile will only become visible on the student's start date. If the start date has passed and the card is still not showing, try refreshing the page. If it still does not appear, reach out through Alphie (our AI chat assistant) and the Parent Experience Team will sort it out.
