There are two separate ways to log in, and they serve different purposes. The short version: your child always logs in through the Timeback app to do their learning, and you log in to the Parent Portal to follow their progress.
Student login - the Timeback app
Your child does all of their daily learning inside the TimeBack app. This is the only place their work is recorded.
Open the Timeback app on the computer. If it isn't installed yet, see “How to Download and Install Timeback.”
On the sign-in screen, choose “Continue with Google.”
Enter your child's student email.
Enter your child's password. It's unique to their account; here's how to find it.
When the app asks permission to record the session, choose “Allow.” The Timeback app records the learning session so your child's work is tracked and their results stay trustworthy.
Parent Login - the Parent Portal
Your parent login through the parent portal lets you monitor your child's progress and view their data. It's a separate account from your child's, and it isn't for doing lessons.
Go to the Parent Portal at parent.alphaanywhere.co from a desktop or laptop.
Select your child's name card, showing the daily and weekly XP to see their progress.

Troubleshooting
My child's password isn't working in the Timeback app.
Your child's password is unique to their account. Here is how to find it. Make sure you are clicking "Continue with Google" and entering the @2hourlearning.com email with that password.
The password isn't working for my parent portal.
If you have never logged in before, use "Forgot Password" to set your password. If it still does not work, contact the Parent Experience Team through Alphie.
