Overview
Alpha Anywhere connects multiple educational apps into one unified learning system within StudyReel. Most apps require a one-time login during initial setup. This guide explains which apps your child will use, how to log in, and what each platform does.
Understanding Your Student's Login Credentials
Standard Google Login Format
Most apps use your student's Google account for authentication.
Login Format:

Alternative Login Methods
For some apps, use the credentials found when clicking the "Login Key" icon in Dash. This will open a small window showing a username and a password that you can copy using the "Copy to clipboard" button next to the username and the password.
Apps Requiring Special Setup
A few apps require unique credentials that will be sent to your email or provided via a custom link when needed.

AlphaRead
Availability:🟢 Everyone
What it does:
AlphaRead builds essential reading fluency through personalized, high-frequency word practice and adaptive comprehension checks, designed specifically for emerging readers.

Availability: 🟡 Only as needed
What it does:
Amira is an AI-powered reading tutor that listens to students read aloud, providing real-time feedback, fluency coaching, and progress monitoring.

Lalilo
Availability: 🟡 Only as needed
What it does:
Lalilo supports K–2 reading development with phonics-based lessons that adapt to each student's skill level, combining instruction with playful exploration.
Login Method: Special credentials will be sent to your email if this app is assigned to your child
Literably
Availability: 🟡 Only as needed (assigned to specific students)
What it does:
Literably listens to students read aloud and automatically scores fluency, accuracy, and comprehension, streamlining reading assessments.
Login Method: A unique link will be sent to your email, where you can select your child's name and begin lessons
TeachTales
Availability: 🟡 Only as needed (assigned to specific students)
What it does:
TeachTales immerses learners in interactive story-based lessons that build comprehension, listening, and critical thinking through guided reading experiences.

🔢 Math Apps
IXL (Math & More)
Availability: 🟢 Everyone
What it does:
IXL offers comprehensive, standards-aligned practice across Math, Language Arts, Science, and more, with adaptive questions and detailed explanations to support mastery.
While we'll create all your other learning app accounts for you, IXL prefers that you set this one up yourself. It takes just a few minutes, and we've provided clear instructions and video tutorials to walk you through it.
What You Need to Do
Create your own IXL family account.
Once created, log out of any temporary account and log in with your new family account.
Done! Everything will work seamlessly through StudyReel (Dash).

Khan Academy
Availability: 🟢 Everyone
What it does:
Khan Academy delivers in-depth instruction across core academic subjects via video lessons, practice exercises, and personalized learning paths.
Login Method: Khan Academy integrates seamlessly with Alpha Anywhere, allowing students to sign in using their Alpha Anywhere credentials. Follow these steps:
Open Khan Academy: Access Khan Academy through your lesson link in Dash or directly via the website.
Click 'Login with Google': On the login page, select “Continue with Google” or “Login with Google.”
Enter Alpha Anywhere Credentials: Use the email
[email protected](or@alpha.school) and the associated password, set initially toiloveschool.Complete SSO: Once the email and password are entered, you’ll automatically be signed into Khan Academy linked with your Alpha Anywhere Google account.
Khan Kids
Availability: 🟡 Only as needed (younger grade levels)
What it does:
Khan Kids introduces young learners to early literacy, math, and emotional learning through stories, games, and joyful characters, all in a safe, ad-free environment.

Rocket Math
Availability: 🟢 Everyone
What it does:
Rocket Math focuses on math fact fluency, guiding students through rapid, daily practice and automaticity-building exercises in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

What it does:

What it does:

What it does:
Membean builds long-term vocabulary retention using personalized, spaced-repetition learning, adaptive quizzes, and engaging word-context exercises.

Troubleshooting Login Issues
"Google login isn't working."
Verify the email format: Make sure you're using
[email protected](or@alpha.schoolif that's your student's domain)Check the password: The password should be exactly
iloveschool(all lowercase, no spaces)Clear browser cache: Sometimes, cached credentials cause conflicts
"The Dash login key isn't working."
Ensure StudyReel is fully updated: Close and reopen StudyReel
Check your internet connection: SSO requires a stable internet
Try logging out of Dash completely and logging back in- Check Google Account Linking: Ensure your Google account linked with Alpha Anywhere is being used for logging into Khan Academy.
Ensure Correct Credentials: Verify that the email follows the format
[email protected]and the password is correctly entered.Account Not Linked to Lessons: Contact your Parent Experience Team to confirm account association with the correct lessons.
"I didn't receive custom credentials via email."
Check spam/junk folders
Verify your email address is correct in your Alpha Anywhere parent account
Contact support if credentials haven't arrived within 24 hours of app assignment
"An app says it's not available yet."
Apps marked with 🛠️ (not yet in current grade levels) or 🦺 (coming soon) will automatically appear in StudyReel when:
Your child reaches the appropriate grade level, OR
The app integration is completed by Alpha Anywhere
No action is needed from you—these apps will activate automatically when ready.

First-Time Login Checklist
Before starting your first learning session, complete these login steps:
