International Access and Enrollment

What to know if your family is based outside the U.S. or travels internationally

The Short Answer

Alpha Anywhere is available to families worldwide. The program works from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

What International Families Should Know

Whether you are based outside the U.S. or travel internationally, here is what to keep in mind:

What works the same from anywhere:

  • All learning apps and platforms (IXL, Edulastic, StudyReel, etc.)

  • Your child's daily lessons and assessments

  • Parent Portal and Dash access

  • Communication with the Parent Experience team

What may need a small adjustment early on:

  • Some program features operate on a U.S. Central time zone schedule, including things like daily test refresh times

  • Coaching session availability is based on U.S. time zones

  • During the first few weeks, you may notice some timing-related quirks as your family settles into a routine from a different time zone

After the initial adjustment period, international families typically find things run smoothly from wherever they are.

FAQs

Will my child's learning experience be different outside the U.S.? The curriculum, platform, and support are the same. The only differences are minor time zone considerations around scheduling and daily refreshes.

Do I need a U.S. address to enroll? No. Families can enroll from any country.

What internet speed do we need? A stable broadband connection is sufficient. Frequent drops or very slow speeds may cause issues with StudyReel or the learning apps.
