StudyReel Login Troubleshooting

Student Login Credentials

Username Format: [email protected]

  • Use your first name and last name, separated by a period

  • Add @2hourlearning.com at the end

Default Password: iloveschool

  • All lowercase, no spaces

  • This is the default password for all new student accounts

Common Login Problems & Solutions

Cannot Access Student Dashboard

Step 1: Verify Your Credentials

  • Double-check your username follows the format: [email protected]

  • Ensure you're using "iloveschool" as your password (all lowercase)

  • Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your credentials

Step 2: Clear Browser Data

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies

  • Try using an incognito/private browsing window

  • Disable browser extensions that might interfere with the login process

Step 3: Check Your Internet Connection

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection

  • Try refreshing the page or accessing from a different device

"No Lessons for Today" Error

This error typically occurs when there's a scheduling or account setup issue.

Immediate Solutions:

  1. Log out and log back in - This refreshes your session and may resolve temporary sync issues

  2. Wait 5-10 minutes - Sometimes there's a brief delay in lesson assignment

  3. Check the correct dashboard - Ensure you're logged into the student dashboard, not the parent dashboard

If the error persists:

  • Your account may need to be properly configured in our system

  • Lessons may not have been assigned to your schedule yet

  • There could be a temporary system sync issue

Password Issues

Forgot Your Password

If you've changed your password from the default "iloveschool" and can't remember it:

  • Contact your school administrator for a password reset

  • Alternatively, reach out to our support team with your student information

Password Not Working

  • Ensure you're using "iloveschool" (all lowercase) if you haven't changed it

  • Check for caps lock or num lock being enabled

  • Try typing the password in a text editor first to verify it's correct
