Where Alpha Anywhere is available and what to know if your family travels or lives abroad

The Short Answer

Alpha Anywhere is currently available to families with a U.S. or Canadian address. If you're based outside the U.S. or Canada, you won't be able to enroll at this time.

If you do have a U.S. or Canadian address but your family travels internationally or lives abroad part-time, the program works from anywhere with a stable internet connection.


Why the Geographic Requirement?

We're focused on controlled, high-quality growth. Limiting enrollment to U.S. and Canadian families for now allows us to maintain the level of support and outcomes our families expect. This is a strategic decision, not a technical one.


For Enrolled Families Who Travel or Live Abroad

If you're already enrolled with a U.S. or Canadian address and spend time outside the country, here's what to know:

What works the same from anywhere:

  • All learning apps and platforms (IXL, Edulastic, StudyReel, etc.)

  • Your child's daily lessons and assessments

  • Parent Portal and Dash access

  • Communication with the Parent Experience team

What may need a small adjustment early on:

  • Some program features operate on a U.S. Central time zone schedule, including things like daily test refresh times

  • Coaching session availability is based on U.S. time zones

  • During the first few weeks, you may notice some timing-related quirks as your family settles into a routine from a different time zone

After the initial adjustment period, international families typically find things run smoothly from wherever they are.


FAQs

Can I enroll if I have a U.S. address but currently live overseas? Yes. As long as you have a valid U.S. or Canadian address for enrollment, you can access the program from anywhere.

Will my child's learning experience be different outside the U.S.? The curriculum, platform, and support are the same. The only differences are minor time zone considerations around scheduling and daily refreshes.

I'm outside the U.S. and Canada with no U.S./Canadian address. Is there a waitlist? Not at this time. We recommend checking back with us periodically for updates on availability.
